At GoCab, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is based on the time remaining before the scheduled pickup.
Cancellation & Refund
Same-Day Booking Token
For same-day bookings, a ₹500 token amount may be required to confirm the booking. This token amount is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Please allow 1–2 business days for GoCab to process the refund. The time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important
The cancellation period is calculated from the scheduled pickup date and time. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the time at which GoCab receives the cancellation request.
